Born and raised in Switzerland, Elisabeth Soppelsa studied jewellery making and design in Zurich before immigrating to Canada in 1972. Her beautifully crafted jewellery is uniquely elegant and modern. Her work often incorporates unusual found materials alongside sterling silver and gold, and also reflects the artist’s bond with the natural world.
