This exhibition features landscape paintings by two Hamilton artists interested in capturing the spirit of the Canadian wilderness. Whether going on fly-fishing expeditions to the remote interiors north of Superior, or observing the dance of light in the skies and lakes of the Almaguin Highlands, each artist aims to express their deep relationship to the land. These works range from painterly gesture to simplified studies in shape and colour.
