Andrea Vuletin Effervesce September 4-27, 2026 Reception: Friday, September 11, 7-9:30pm Effervesce is a new body of work by Chatham based Canadian ceramicist, Andrea Vuletin. Andrea is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design University in Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts, Illustration, and design focus. She also studied ceramics at George Brown College in Toronto under the guidance of instructors Debora Black and Nancy Solway. Andrea has been a full-time ceramic artist since 1997, primarily making decorative functional ware using wheel thrown porcelain. Barb Sachs & Gise Trauttmansdorff Considering the Edge September 4-27, 2026 Reception: Friday, September 11, 7-9:30pm Considering the Edge is a two-person, ceramic sculpture exhibition featuring the work of Dundas based artist, Barb Sachs and Jerseyville based artist, Gise Trauttmansdorff. Sachs has a background in painting, sculpture and film animation, with the last 35 years being devoted to clay as a primary working medium. Every piece that she makes is fired using the raku process. Hand built animal forms have been a main focus, but with wilder, more stylized creatures, Barb is able to play and let loose, pushing forms into new directions.
