Working primarily in sterling silver and natural stones, Brenda Roy has been creating contemporary designed jewelry since 1991.  She studied in the renowned Jewelry and Metals program at Georgian Collage in Barrie, Ontario and received the Diamonds International Award in 1992.  She has exhibited her work in numerous solo shows including at the Harbinger Gallery in Waterloo, Metalworks in Kingston, and the Carnegie Gallery, as well as several Ontario Crafts Council shows and other juried exhibitions.  Her work is characterized by its fine craftsmanship, asymmetrical design, and unexpected combination of materials.
