Janice Peshke

Janice graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.F.A., and studied jewellery making at Mohawk College and the Haliburton School of the Arts.  She has been creating unique jewlery since 1980. Her hand-crafted semi-precious stones are set in sterling silver featuring classic contemporary fusion designs.  She has taught jewellery workshops at the Dundas Valley School of Art, Mohawk College, and the Niagara Pumphouse Visual Arts Centre in Niagara-on-the-Lake.  Her work has been featured in several group shows and studio tours including The Southwest Hamilton Artist Tour and Festival of Friends.  She has also displayed her work at Arta Gallery in Toronto, and the Transit Gallery and Gallery on the Bay in Hamilton.
